Once your registration is complete and your account has been approved by DentalCity Dental Practice, if necessary, you can log in to your account and make full use of the services provided.

If, in the opinion of DentalCity Dental Practice, any inconvenience, damage, or other risk arises for the functioning of the computer systems or network of DentalCity Dental Practice or third parties and\/or for the services provided via the internet, particularly due to excessive sending of emails or other data, leakage of personal data, or activities of viruses, Trojans, and similar software, DentalCity Dental Practice is entitled to take all measures it reasonably deems necessary to avert or prevent this danger.<\/span><\/dd>
2.4<\/span>
DentalCity Dental Practice is at all times entitled to file a report of any observed criminal offenses. Furthermore, DentalCity Dental Practice is entitled to provide your name, address, IP address, and other identifying information to a third party who complains that you are infringing on their rights or these terms of use, provided that the validity of the complaint is reasonably plausible, there is no other way to obtain these details, and the third party has a legitimate interest in receiving the information.<\/span><\/dd>
2.5<\/span>
DentalCity Dental Practice reserves the right to seek compensation for damages resulting from violations of these terms of use.<\/span><\/dd><\/dl>

Article 3. Availability and Maintenance<\/span><\/h3>
3.1<\/span>
Tandartspraktijk DentalCity actively maintains the website. If maintenance is expected to cause a reduction in availability, Tandartspraktijk DentalCity will carry it out during times when the number of visitors is relatively low. Maintenance due to emergencies can occur at any time.<\/span><\/dd>

Artikel 5. Duur en opzegging<\/span><\/h3>

As soon as you create an account, you enter into an agreement with Tandartspraktijk DentalCity. This agreement is for an indefinite period and grants you the right to use the services on the website, subject to these terms of use.<\/span><\/dd>
5.2<\/span>
You can terminate the agreement at any time with immediate effect by notifying Tandartspraktijk DentalCity via email.<\/span><\/dd>
5.3<\/span>
Tandartspraktijk DentalCity has the right to terminate the agreement if you have not used your account for eighteen months. In such a case, they will first send a reminder email to the email address linked to your account.<\/span><\/dd><\/dl>

Article 6. Changes to Prices and Terms<\/span><\/h3>
6.1<\/span>
Tandartspraktijk DentalCity may amend these terms and conditions at any time.<\/span><\/dd>
6.2<\/span>
DentalCity Dental Practice will announce any changes or additions to these terms of use at least fourteen days before they take effect, via the website, so that you can take note of them. Minor changes will take effect without prior announcement.<\/span><\/dd>
6.3<\/span>
If you do not wish to accept a change or addition, you may terminate the agreement up until the date it takes effect. Use of the website after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended or supplemented terms.<\/span><\/dd><\/dl>

If you request an eConsult or a repeat prescription via Tandartspraktijk DentalCity, the 2007 Guideline for Online Doctor-Patient Contact applies. You can view this guideline upon request or download it from the KNMG website.<\/span><\/dd>

If any provision of these terms of use proves to be invalid, this does not affect the validity of the entire terms of use. In such a case, the parties will agree on a new provision (or provisions) to replace it, which, to the extent legally possible, reflects the intent of the original provision.<\/span><\/dd>
7.5<\/span>
Tandartspraktijk DentalCity is entitled to transfer its rights and obligations under the agreement to a third party that takes over the website or the relevant business activity from it.<\/span><\/dd>
