Dental practices may not and cannot deviate from these rates and the rates are the same for every practice. We also use these rates at DentalCity. On our invoices we use the same descriptions and codes as in the overview below. On your invoice, material and technique costs can also be stated. Some treatments are linked to additional material and technique costs. The NZA has determined that the costs of these materials and techniques must be charged additionally. This gives you, as a patient, more choice in your treatment. If there are additional material and technique costs, we will give you a price indication or you can ask for this.
