Complaints
We would love to hear your opinion about a treatment. However, if you are not satisfied, we would also like to hear about it.
Your opinion matters.
We would love to hear how you experienced your visit to our practice. Your feedback is very valuable to us—it helps us improve our care and service. Would you like to share any suggestions or compliments with us? Please let us know. Thank you in advance!
Complaint?
All staff members at DentalCity are committed to providing you with high-quality, professional dental care and service. Despite our team’s efforts, it may happen that you are not satisfied with a treatment at our practice. In such cases, it is best not to keep your dissatisfaction to yourself, but to discuss it with the staff member involved. Direct communication is often the quickest way to address your concerns or complaint. This gives us the opportunity to understand and improve your experience.
You can also submit a written complaint to your practitioner. In most cases, a conversation between you and your practitioner will be sufficient. If you feel the need for a third, neutral party, you can submit your complaint to KNMT, the professional association for dentists to which our practice is affiliated. An independent complaints officer will then mediate between you and your practitioner free of charge, with the aim of finding a solution.
Dispute?
If, despite the help of the complaints officer, you are unable to resolve the issue, you can submit your case to the Dental Care Disputes Committee for a fee of €75. Your complaint will then be reviewed by a panel of five experts. The disputes committee will issue a binding decision on whether your complaint is justified and, if so, may award compensation of up to €25,000.
